PEACE FOR LIFE GHANA PARTICIPATES IN PARTNER-WIDE INCEPTION MEETING
The Executive Director of Peace for Life Ghana (PLG), together with the Accounts/Administrative Officer and Programs Manager, successfully participated in the Partner-Wide Inception Meeting held at Modern City Hotel, Tamale, on Thursday, 20 August 2026.
The meeting brought together partner organizations, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to officially launch the consultancy and establish a shared understanding of the assignment. Key discussions focused on reviewing and validating the proposed methodology, clarifying roles and expectations, and agreeing on the implementation roadmap.
The inception meeting was initiated by the Vibrant Village Foundation (VVF) as part of its broader commitment to supporting and strengthening its partner organizations. Beyond providing funding, VVF continues to invest in the institutional development, organizational learning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems, and long-term effectiveness of its partners.
Through this consultancy initiative, VVF is providing an important platform for its partner organizations to work closely with consultants, review existing systems and approaches, clarify institutional needs and expectations, and develop practical pathways for strengthening their capacity and impact.
During the meeting, Peace for Life Ghana presented its organizational mandate, strategic focus areas, geographic scope, and expectations regarding the MEAL component of the consultancy. Participants also reviewed proposed milestones, outputs, timelines, communication arrangements, and potential implementation risks before agreeing on key actions and next steps.
